When sending your phone, be sure to follow these simple instructions:
- Remove any personal information you may need from the phone memory.
- Fully discharge the battery and make sure that the handset is powered off.
- Place your handset in the LG packaging or your own packaging that will hold up during postal processing.
- Print the postage paid label, cut along the dotted lines, and securely adhere it to the package with tape (no staples, please).
- Drop the package in the mail and we'll pay the postage.
